t is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the growing importance women role in the global economy. During the last decade most of women around the world who become financial independent have done so by starting their own business. One of the studies about women running their business found that (percentage of women running their business in different countries). In fact, women Entrepreneurs tend to have home-based business (HBBs). This means that they are running their business from home due to a lot of reasons. For example, Saudi women entrepreneurs face plenty of restrictions by government laws, customs and traditions such as not allowed to drive or working with men. In addition, most of them must have a male representative to deal door-to-door with the government agencies (Minkus-McKenna,2009). Furthermore, they beat the difficulty to obtain financial funding to start their own business. However, all of these restrictions could not stop women business to develop.
